Shipping Policy

Orders are generally prepared and processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping carrier and may be affected by weekends, holidays, weather conditions, or periods of high order volume.

Once your package is on its way, tracking information will be provided when available, allowing you to follow the progress of your shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information during checkout. Arabian Oud House Perfumes cannot be held responsible for packages that are delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete information provided at checkout.

Occasionally, carrier disruptions or other circumstances outside our control may cause additional delays. We appreciate your patience when these situations occur.

Returns & Exchanges

We carefully inspect and prepare our products before shipment. Because fragrances are personal-use products, we have specific requirements for returns and exchanges.

We accept return or exchange requests in the following situations:

• You received the incorrect product.

• Your product arrived damaged.

• Your product has a confirmed manufacturing defect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us review your request quickly, please provide your order information along with clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage or defect.

Products must remain unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for an approved return or exchange.

For hygiene and product integrity reasons, perfumes that have been opened, sprayed, tested, or used are not eligible for return or exchange, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

If your return is approved for a reason unrelated to an error by Arabian Oud House Perfumes, you may be responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Refunds

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow additional time for your bank, card issuer, or payment provider to post the refund to your account after it has been processed.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the return results from an incorrect, damaged, or defective product for which Arabian Oud House Perfumes is responsible.
